OUR SERVICE

When we gather as a family of believers to worship our Savior and King, we do so with excitement and eager expectation. There are so many different walks of life at Wyatt and that is something that we cherish. On any given Sunday we can assure you that you will enjoy these things. First, a blended style of worship in song. Second, a call to worship through His Word. Third, a call to worship by application and commitment to the truth preached. Lastly, a call to worship by giving.

Blended Worship

..be filled with the Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart, giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.  Ephesians 5: 18b-21

Scriptural Call to Worship

I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.  I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High. Psalm 9:1-2

Preaching of the Word

How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10: 14-15

Application of the Truth

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15

Opportunity to Give

Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. Malachi 3:10
